Fall Family Camp 2024 – Pere Marquette State Park

Our fall camp is for the entire family, Lions through AOLs, parents, and siblings.  We will camp for two nights, enjoy campfires, skits, songs, and lots of cub scouting fun!  This year’s fall camp will be at Camp Piasa at Pere Marquette State Park.  Scouts will be able to participate in a variety of activities in a unique and fun environment and will learn camping basics from experienced scouts and leaders.  Pere Marquette’s Naturalist will host a program for us on Saturday morning.

When: Oct 18-20, 2024 | Check-in after 5pm on Friday. Check out by noon on Sunday.

Where: Pere Marquette State Park| 13112 Visitor Center Lane, Grafton, IL 62037         618-786-3323

Parking: Parking is first-come, first-served on site.

Special Conditions/Activities:  We will have sleep cabins available to us during this camp weekend.  Each cabin has 4-5 cots with mattresses.  You will need to bring linens/pillows.  We have been given permission to set up tents if we have more people than there are beds.  Cabins will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please bring tents as a back-up.

Meals: The pack will provide a Friday night dinner, Saturday breakfast/lunch/dinner, and a light Sunday breakfast. If there are any dietary restrictions, please let Valerie know at valkyrie88a@gmail.com ASAP.
